Sildenafil citrate and dapoxetine are the two active components in Cenforce D. A PDE5 inhibitor called sildenafil citrate facilitates better blood flow to the penis, which helps men get and stay erected. Premature ejaculation can be treated with the selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) dapoxetine, which improves control over ejaculation during sexual activity.
